The Return Process

Satisfaction of customers is our utmost concern.  Kalon Trading will handle your return request under the following circumstances:

  1. if the product delivered does not correspond to what was submitted in your order form;
  2. if the product description is not it should be;
  3. if the product is defective;

Request is not acceptable if:

  1. you simply changed your mind;
  2. the product is opened.

Please follow the below steps for return request.

  1. CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

Please reach our Customer Service via email enquiry@allsins18k.asia or by WhatsApp at 60146002 and state out your return request with the following required information:

  • Order number
  • Purchasing date
  • Product name and quantity to be refunded
  • Reason for refund

If your request is accepted, our Customer Service will appoint our assigned courier service provider to collect the product(s) to be returned. Please communicate with our Customer Service for your available pick-up time. The return product(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging. Products opened or used are not accepted for returns. 

  1. PACK THE ITEM(S)

Carefully pack the items into the box and include the original receipt and/or packing slip. Please make sure that all returned products are unopened and returned in its original packaging with all the accessories and inserts, unless the product is damaged or defective. In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service immediately.

  1. RETURN CONFIRMATION

Please allow at least 10 working days for verification process  after our receipt of your return request. 

  1. RECEIVE REFUND

Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that the refund can take up to at least 10 working days, from the date we submit the refund application, to the payment providers due to their varying processing times. When the credit is posted to your account is determined by the credit card issuing bank. Please contact your own issuing bank for details.
